Peter Dutton pledges to axe Suburban Rail Loop funding if elected prime minister

Federal Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has announced he will scrap federal funding for Victoria's long-promised Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) if he is elected prime minister next month.
