Whisky Sour with Dimple Scotch 15YO Whisky

Ingredients

  • 60ml Dimple Scotch 15YO Whisky
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup (combine sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio)
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist or dehydrated lemon wheel, to garnish

Method

  1. Add Dimple Scotch 15YO Whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  1. Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg.
  2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist or dehydrated lemon wheel.

Toki Highball with Toki Blended Japanese Whisky

Ingredients

  • 45ml Toki Blended Japanese Whisky
  • 90–120ml chilled soda water
  • Large premium ice cubes
  • Grapefruit peel, to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a tall highball glass with large ice cubes.
  1. Add Toki Blended Japanese Whisky.
  2. Top with chilled soda water.
  3. Stir gently once or twice.
  4. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
