Espresso Martini with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whisky

Ingredients

  • 60ml Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 15ml coffee liqueur
  • 45ml freshly brewed espresso
  • Ice
  • Espresso beans, to garnish

Method

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add Skrewball Peanut Butter Whisky, coffee liqueur and espresso.
  • Shake vigorously until cold.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with three espresso beans.

Whisky Collins with Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey

Ingredients

  • 60ml Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup (combine sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio)
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Lemon zest, to garnish

Method

  • Add Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake well.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with lemon zest.
