Globetrotters to hit Darwin as part of 2024 world tour

Darwin basketball fans will be in seventh heaven when the world famous Harlem Globetrotters touch down in the Top End as part of their 2024 tour of Australia and New Zealand.The visit will mark the first time in decades the legendary ballers will return to the NT, with the family friendly show set down for June 24.During their previous trip down under last year, the Globetrotters drew massive crowds, packing them in from Launceston to Townsville.The inclusion of Darwin on next year’s itinerary comes as basketball continues to soar in popularity after the Darwin Salties’ success in the NBL1.
