THE Government will undertake an urgent review of all 103 people on parole in the Northern Territory in the wake of Tuesday night’s shooting massacre.
Chief Minister Michael Gunner said the review would be complete by the end of the week.
The alleged gunman Ben Hoffmann was on parole at the time of the shooting spree during which four people were killed in the Darwin CBD and inner suburbs.

Corrections Commissioner Scott McNairn said no charges had been laid as of 11am Wednesday.
Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw said despite Hoffmann wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet throughout the entire rampage, police were unable to use that to track him during the attacks.
“That’s not a tactical tool for police,” Mr Kershaw said.
“We’re able to use that now that we have the download of that information.”
Hoffmann had breached his parole conditions just a month before the shootings, and was released from 14 days back in jail at the start of May.
Mr Kershaw said he was under regular drug and alcohol testing, as part of his parole conditions, but the last time he was tested was May 21.
