POLICE have charged two men as part of an ongoing murder investigation into the death of a 36-year-old man in Alice Springs on Friday.
Serious Crime Squad detectives have charged a 39-year-old male and a 40-year-old male in relation to the death of a man in Alice Springs during the early hours of Friday.
The 39-year-old male has been charged with murder and engage in violent conduct.
The 40-year-old male has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder, incitement to commit a crime and engage in violent conduct.
Both men have been remanded in custody to appear before Alice Springs Local Court on Tuesday.
