THREE more people in the NT have received infringement notices and been fined more than $1000 for failing to comply with the Chief Health Officer’s directions on coronavirus.
A 35-year-old woman in Alice Springs and a 36-year-old man in Darwin have been fined for breaching the requirements of their mandatory quarantine.
A 45-year-old man has also been fined after he was stopped at a biosecurity control checkpoint on Larapinta Drive and authorities found he had recently travelled from South Australia and should have been in mandatory quarantine.
All three people have been fined $1099 each.

NT Police and Environmental Health Officers are continuing to undertake compliance activities.
They have now completed 11, 698 compliance checks and issued 60 fines.
