NT Police received a report of a single-vehicle rollover about 1km south of Kings Creek Station, near Kings Canyon, about 9am on Tuesday.
David Namitjira, 47, allegedly walked away from the incident and police are searching for him.
Superintendent Antony Deutrom said police held concerns for his welfare.
