NT Police are investigating reports of a suspicious vehicle following school children home from their primary school in Palmerston.
Police received reports that between 2.25pm and 2.30pm on Wednesday and Thursday this week, a white van followed school children from Woodroffe Primary School as they walked along Harrison Crt, Woodroffe.
Police are investigating the incident and are urging parents, carers and children to remember the four R’s:
– Recognise the danger
– Refuse any offer
– Run away
– Report it to the first person they feel safe with.

Police are calling for members of the public who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the vicinity of Harrison Crt, or surrounding streets, at the time of the incidents to come forward.
Any CCTV footage is also being sought.
