POLICE are investigating the death of a 11-year-old boy in a remote community in West Arnhem Land.
NT Police said detectives from the Crime Division are investigating the death of a child in the Gunbalanya on Wednesday.
The NT News understands the child’s body was discovered on or near a fence.
It is unclear at this stage if the circumstances around the boy’s death are being treated as suspicious.
The child’s body has been sent to Darwin and a file will be prepared for the Coroner.
