PROSECUTORS are working to establish an alternative charge for one of the seven men charged over his alleged involvement in a multimillion-dollar drug syndicate, a court has heard.
Corey Graham stands charged with a raft of drug offences including supplying a commercial quantity of cannabis, supplying a commercial quantity of MDMA and possessing a prohibited firearm.

Graham’s lawyer, Lyma Nguyen appeared in the Darwin Local Court on her client’s behalf on Wednesday.
In requesting an adjournment, prosecutor Damien Jones said he had been in discussions with police “about a resolution and an alternative charge.”
“It relates specifically to the quantity of MDMA that’s alleged,” he said.
“There may be an alternative charge in relation to that matter.”
