HELLS Angels sergeant-at-arms Phil O’Shea will be released from prison in September after a police raid on his house and tattoo shop earlier this year uncovered a quantity of meth and $54,000 cash.
O’Shea, 46, appeared in Darwin Local Court on Thursday after pleading guilty to supplying less than a commercial quantity of meth, possession of a prohibited weapon and drug-driving.

He was sentenced to 18 months prison, suspended after nine months.
Police arrested him after executing search warrants on his house and his tattoo business, Phoenix Custom and Body Art in Yarrawonga, on January 8 and he has been in custody since.
During sentencing, Judge Elisabeth Armitage said his jail time was to reflect his “ongoing association with drugs”.
“People who get involved in that for commercial gain will end up in jail,” she said.

Prosecutor David Morters told the court during a previous hearing that O’Shea “continues to be the sergeant-at-arms of the Hells Angels” and “doesn’t believe in the law.”
