Former Deputy Chief Minister Willem Westra van Holthe’s son, Lucas, in court on assault, threat to kill charges

THE son of a prominent former Territory politician has faced court charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering life and making a threat to kill.

THE son of former Deputy Chief Minister Willem Westra van Holthe has faced court charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering life and making a threat to kill.

Lucas Herman Westra van Holthe, 31, was charged on summons and did not appear in the Darwin Local Court on Tuesday where he was represented by his lawyer Peter Maley.
