A CRIME scene has been established and police are seeking witnesses after an injured female was discovered in a Darwin park early this morning and rushed to hospital

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an injured female was located in Frog Hollow Park in Darwin City just before 1am Wednesday.
The female was located by a passing security patrol and was taken to Royal Darwin Hospital by St John Ambulance for medical treatment.
Her injuries are not considered life threatening.
A crime scene has been established and remains in place this morning.
The crime scene does not affect road traffic.
Anyone with information that could assist the investigation is urged to contact police on 131 444.
