The case against Moulden woman Andrea Groening, 25, was again mentioned in the Darwin Local Court on Wednesday, where she is charged with driving causing death, medium-range drink-driving and drug-driving.
Groening is accused of causing the horror crash on the corner of Tiger Brennan Dr and Berrimah Rd in May last year that killed her son, Mehali Anastasios Pastrikos, 7, and Wade Williams, 21.
Her lawyer, Nicola MacCarron, asked for a further three-week adjournment to continue to go through the prosecution’s brief of evidence.
“There is some material served just today and I still need some further time to review that,” she said.
