An NT Police officer will appear in court after being charged with alleged sexual offences while off duty.
An NT Police spokesperson said the officer, 32, had been suspended from duty with pay after the alleged offences.
Police allege the incidents occurred on November 9 this year while the officer was off duty at a private residence.
He was charged with two counts of indecent touching, three counts of gross indecency and one count of sexual intercourse without consent.
The officer will face Darwin Local Court on Thursday.
