A 40 year-old man has died in a fatal crash on a property in Girraween.
Police said Emergency Services rushed to the property around 11:20am Monday.
They said the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received reports of an off-road buggy crash at a property.
Police said it involved two youths and one adult male.
Police and St John Ambulance attended and commenced CPR on the 40-year-old male; however, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Both youths were uninjured and did not require further medical assistance.
There are no further details at this stage but police said a report will be prepared for the coroner.
