It is the most comprehensive and intimate peek yet inside the bedroom closets and drawers of con woman Melissa Caddick’s Dover Heights mansion.
Hundreds of photographs have been publicly released for the first time, revealing the extent of the luxury goods the 49-year-old had been hoarding – all bought with other people’s money.
From Louboutin shoes to drawers full of Hermes and Louis Vuitton bangles, Christian Dior perfume bottles and Gucci handbags, the photos document what ASIC investigators found when they came through the door with police a little more than two years ago.
There were diamond rings, designer earrings and a diamond tennis bracelet.
Caddick has not been seen since the day the photos were taken, on November 12, 2020, when she left her $15m mansion, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, without her phone, wallet or keys.
Investigators raided her home after allegations she had been running a Ponzi scheme, fleecing investors of millions of dollars.
Since her disappearance, court-appointed receivers have unravelled the con woman’s scam and are attempting to claw back as much money as possible for her creditors by liquidating all her assets.
She was declared dead four months after her disappearance in February 2021 when a decaying foot was found on a beach 400km south of Sydney.
The dump of photos from the raid includes pictures of items — including lavish jewellery from Canturi, Christian Dior house slippers, designer clothing and luxury goods — which will all be sold before Christmas to recover funds.
The photos show which bedrooms the goods were found in, along with the safe which was sequestered inside the wardrobe of bedroom four.
Nothing escaped the investigators attention, even what looks like Caddick’s husband Anthony Colletti’s casual pants shelf.
There were also photos of what appeared to be his expensive wardrobe items such as an Air Dior T-shirt, bomber jacket and wallet.
The photos show a slew of designer watches by Longines, Louis Vuitton, Tag Heuer, Christian Dior and a man’s Breitling.
Among the photos were pictures of shelves of EOFY year files, a drawer of “Things to do” for her company Maliver Pty Ltd which had papers in it and a drawer label Melissa Caddick “things to do” which was empty.
There was also a screen shot of a text message which read “yesterday” and said “check out this 2016 Audi R8 Auto Quattro MY17”.
