TROUBLING photos have emerged from an online forum for extremist women that has been labelled “Mumsnet for Jihadis”.

Shocking posts on the web page show female Islamic State supporters paying tribute to women jailed for terror offences and pledges to raise money for families of jailed terrorists.

One sickening post even shows a homemade cake celebrating the anniversary of 9/11 with a large toy plane crashed into the side, a stencil of Osama bin Laden and iced twin towers.

A Sunday Times investigation discovered the network of female extremists is centred on a group called Free Our Sisters — active on Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook — which appears to be obsessed with martyrdom.

Their slogan “Jannah is the motive” refers to paradise in the Muslim afterlife and the group’s support appears to have spread from its launch in Germany to the UK, Canada, Switzerland and Indonesia.

Members of the group praise terrorist recruiters and bombmakers and show photographs of young children wearing full veils and holding placards in support of radical prisoners, with their mums describing them as “mini-Muslims”.

One lengthy post even includes a long letter from the daughter of radical cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri to her dad, who is serving life in prison.

Other posts beg for money to help “families of the prisoners in UK and Germany”, boasting how they “brought books for sisters in prison in the US” — with a PayPal account linked.

On top of celebrating terrorist attacks, the group treats suicide bombers and murderous suspects as having “rock star status”.

Women the group lauds include Brit extremist Roshonara Choudry, who tried to murder Labour MP Stephen Timms for supporting war in Iraq, and Luton-based Runa Khan, who was sentenced to five years for promoting terrorism on Facebook.

The concerning discovery comes as the number of British women and girls arrested for terrorism-related offences hit an all-time high of 50 cases this year.
