“It was a good win which we started strong withe veryone getting an even amount of time on the court, but started to drop off near the end but we never lost that lead,” Duggan told the NT News.

“We owe our undefeated run to our hard work in training with our coach Tania Dhu introducing a few new structures focusing on our defensive work.”

Next up is bottom side Razzle who are known for fielding a tall who despite only managing one win have been finding form in recent weeks.

The Jets will look to their defence and speed to score another win with high the consistent Michelle Ellis and in-form Erin Geer likely to standout.

Club juniors Laleeta Das and Tylah Cubillo will also be looking for strong showings when they come on from the bench.

“We approach every game with the same head space no matter our opponent ensuring we stick to our structures,” Duggan said.

“Razzle have a strong inside game with plenty of tall player whereas we are a more mixed sized team.

“For us we will be focusing on getting our transition game going and looking to out run them while scoring points off those transitions.

“It will also be a good game for our juniors to come on and create some pressure on defence.”
