TERRITORY coach Chris Baksh and Glenelg rival Brett Hand will take two quality sides into Saturday’s representative game at TIO Stadium.
First and second-placed Nightcliff (six players) and Wanderers (six) dominate selection for the NTFL Buffaloes.
The Tigers have Tom Boyd, Daniel Bowles, Cameron Ilett, Brodie Filo, Kyle Emery and Dominic Brew in an NT Jumper.
Wanderers are close by with first-gamer Simon Bates, Braedon McLean, Dane McFarlane, Brodie Newman, Brett Eddy and Josh Cubillo named in the 24.
Glenelg can boast 2019 Magarey medallist Luke Partington, a former West Coast Eagle, in its ranks, while former Richmond goalkicker Liam McBean and North Melbourne pair Lachie Hosie and Sam Burdin will line up against the Bufflaoes.
Territory allegiances will be stretched in the men’s game, with Wanderers pair Marlon Motlop and Neil Vea Vea wearing the black and yellow of Glenelg.
The Territory women will field a strong side, complemented by a strong following division, hard working defence and freewheeling midfield.
Gwynne medallist Lisa Roberts, Darwin Buffettes livewire Dominique Carbone and PINT pair Jasmyn Hewett and Katie Streader are expected to play big roles.
