THE final round of the 2020-21 NTFL regular season is over for another year and the NT News can exclusively reveal all the individual and team stats from the weekend.

First up the Palmerston Magpies saw off outgoing player-coach Alwyn Davey with a win over the Tiwi Bombers at TIO Stadium.

Over at Norbuilt Oval hosts Southern Districts delivered a parting shot beating the finals bound Darwin Buffaloes.

Then back over at TIO a ruthless St Mary’s sent an early message to their qualifying final rivals Wanderers with a 79-point win.

Finally, we saw ladder leaders Nightcliff Tigers return from a 34 point deficit to beat Waratah and win the first official Battle of the Beaches at Gardens Oval.

The finals kick off this Saturday with Waratah and Darwin Buffaloes first to faceoff in the elimination final at TIO Stadium from 4.15pm.

And right after from 6.45pm it’s the qualifying final between St Mary’s and Wanderers, with the two sides up against each other for the second time in as many weeks.
