THE NRL bunker continues to cop flak in the wake of more questionable decisions over the weekend.
Issues surrounding the review of Penrith’s matchwinning field goal on Saturday as well as a shoulder charge decision in the Sharks game yesterday have dominated debate.
Paul Crawley and Matt Logue discussed whether coaches should be allowed to point out faults in the system without risking huge fines for their clubs.
“The majority of fans want to hear what the coaches have to say and it’s up to us to decipher whether or not they’re trying to pull the wool over our eyes,” Crawley said.
“There is no use gagging these blokes and stopping them commenting on mistakes that we can all see.”
