Lando Norris has claimed his first ever Monaco Grand Prix and clawed back the gap to Oscar Piastri in the championship fight.

Lando Norris has secured his first ever Monaco Grand Prix after edging out Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and teammate Oscar Piastri.

Despite a new mandatory two-stop rule being in place, the top four all finished in the same spot they started.

Norris’ second victory of the season sees him cut Piastri’s championship lead down to only three points.

The Australian driver endured a nightmare first pit stop that all but crushed any hopes he had of securing a top-two finish.
