STAR Southern Districts outside midfielder Bella Clarke believes something special is building once again at the reigning-premiership winning Crocodiles this season.
Tarmon Elliott’s team has won its past three games going into Saturday’s blockbuster clash against Nightcliff at Norbuilt Oval.
And the Crocs were highly competitive in their last defeat, an eight-point loss to the so-far undefeated PINT in Round 12.
An 11-goal haul by Southern Districts spearhead Grace Mulvahil lifts her side to a 18-goal win

“We’re looking pretty strong. We’ve got great leadership in our group, and each player is playing her role,” Clarke told the NT News.
“There was a lot of pressure on us (not winning from their first three games) but since then we’ve got some girls back into the team.
“We’ve all got our minds on the prize now.”
Clarke has been super impressive this season, finishing in her team’s best six times.
She is a massive student of the game.
“Absolutely, whenever we have recordings available of our games I’ll look at the footage,” the 19-year-old said.
Clarke and fellow young gun teammate Grace Mulvahil, 17, are tipped to get plenty of attention ahead of the next AFLW draft.
Mulvahil kicked a stunning 11 goals against Tracy Village last Saturday.
“Grace is an absolute gun and AFLW clubs would be silly not to pick her up,” Clarke said.
Both are expected to feature for Northern Territory at under-19 level after the NTFL season finishes.
Elliott said both Clarke and Mulvahil were “100 per cent” capable of playing in the AFLW.
