NTFL finalists Nightcliff have re-signed senior coach Damian Hale for another two years.
Hale, a three-time premiership coach at St Marys before joining Nightcliff at the beginning of the 2012-13 season, has the Tigers primed for a major assault on the Premier League flag this season.
He publicly urged his players in an NT News article last week to smash the club's 49-year premiership drought in the league competition that has lasted since their last flag in 1964-65.
