A dominant five-goal opening half has been enough for St Mary’s women side to keep their winning start to the season alive against a tough Waratah side.
Waratah definitely made a contest of the second half, but the margin was always too much as St Mary’s cruised to a 36-point result, winning 8.8 (56) to 3.2 (20).
