A Tasmania star recorded the highest points tally of the day, while one team put a mammoth total on the board as they continued to push for the title. Relive all the action from five games.

To finish off Thursday’s action, Tasmania picked up a 91-67 win over the ACT.

Tasmania’s Harry Blyth secured the biggest points haul of the day across all courts with 34 points, as well as 11 rebounds and four assists.

William Macleod also secured a strong individual total of 26 points for the ACT.

In the 4pm fixture, it was Queensland South who cracked the century in victory over South Australia Country with a 102-73 win.

Isaiah Jorgenson had a massive showing for Qld with 19 points and 13 rebounds, a real dominant showing in the paint.

Jayden Cecil also clocked 16 points for Qld, while Andrew Watene notched 14 points and four assists.

Hudson Boal managed 22 points on the losing side in a strong individual showing.

In the 2pm game, Queensland North picked up victory 94-45 in their final pool game for the boys, unfortunately confirming zero wins across both boys and girls division for Northern Territory.

Qld’s William Imhoff ended with 18 points, the highest in this fixture, followed by Rayniel Vanguardia on 13.

In the midday game, WA Country defeated Northern Territory in the girls 77-30, confirming a tournament exit without a win for the losing side.

Michelle Ninyette was a top performer for WA Country with 15 points, five rebounds and four assists, while Charlotte Castle was a beast in the paint with 12 points and nine rebounds.

Earlier, WA Metro continued their push for the title with a commanding 132-59 win over ACT in the boys.

An impressive seven players hit double-digit points, with Kailen Harrison leading the way on 17, followed by Hunter Hearn who dropped 15 points and seven assists, closely followed by Luke Paul on 15 points and six assists.

Unbeaten Western Australia Metro have been quietly and methodically working their way through the week to emerge as one of the teams to beat for the BA U16 Nationals boys title.

Winning comfortably or closing out tight matches, the boys from the west have shown a real touch of quality.

They finish up their pool games on Thursday against ACT at 10am on Court 1.

Led by Andre Dweh, Faitala Patu and Luke Paul, WA Metro have beaten NSW Country, SA Country and Tasmania comfortably while enjoying narrow wins over Queensland South (one point) and Victoria Country (one point).

ACT back up in the final game of the day at 6pm against Tasmania. Back-to-back wins over NSW Country and SA Country could mean victory here may push ACT into the quarterfinals.

On a big day for the boys, the two Queensland teams will be looking to post big wins as they prepare for the knockout stages.
