Waratah have had a strong season so far with their lethal midfield including Brodie Carroll and Jayden Magro leading the way and wanted to come off the break with a strong showing.

But they were up against a Darwin Buffaloes side who despite results had everything to prove in order to show they’re still contention for a finals spot.
