INSIDE MAIL – GOSFORD
SAN GABRIEL was stirred up pre-race when seventh at Rosehill first-up. Made his move from the 600m and forced four-wide round the bend when runner-up to Ella Hazel at Wyong last start. Placed three of five and gets his chance to break through. DWAYNE battled away okay when third to Queen Strada over 1280m on debut at Kembla on Mar 14. Will be better for the experience and step up in trip. Blinkers go on. SUNDAY has place claims on his latest two efforts.
Bet: San Gabriel to win
IMA CAPRI was narrowly beaten in a three-way finish by Indecisive and Rare Moon on debut at Hawkesbury. Led when beaten just over a half-length in fourth by Orthies at Goulburn. IMPERIAL STATE tracked the leader when fifth behind Happy Bellie in a Kensington Super maiden first-up. Stays at the 1100m and the blinkers go on. PASSALACQUA ran a couple of handy seconds at Muswellbrook and Scone in his first campaign. LORD VETTORI was okay in his first two starts. Returns a gelding.
Bet: Ima Capri to win
A busy finish in Race 3 at Hawkesbury, with favourite Indecisive saluting! @ZacLloydx@JTRacingRwikpic.twitter.com/fdAGmnn8id

OAKFIELD JUPITER is also on debut. By Toronado and a granddaughter of stakes winner Kosi Bay. She is unbeaten in her three trials, the latest from Emery on the Beaumont after racing outside the leader. Her stablemate OAKFIELD SATURN is a first starter by American Pharoah and a half-sister to stakes winner Muntaseera. Has been very good in her trials including an all-the-way win in her most recent on the Beaumont on Mar 5. EXOTHRILL raced three-wide when third to Piperita at Wyong last start. JUSTICE PLEASE can run well fresh while SLAM DUNK has place claims first-up.
Bet: Oakfield Jupiter to win
WRITTEN SCANDAL debuted with a second to Wings Of Desire at Hawkesbury before a spell. Resumed with a near six length win from Mia Ballerina at Wyong on Feb 13 but failed as a short priced fav behind Shirvington at Kembla. Look for her to bounce back. BE QUIET was $3.90 into $2.70 when resuming at Kembla on Feb 25 and scored a nice all-the-way win by a length-and-a-half from Mission Gold and Mia Ballerina. Drawn well and a chance again. LYLES followed a close second to President at Rosehill with a good win at Kembla. LADY ZODIAC will be better for her close first-up third to Useapin here on Mar 15.
Bet: Written Scandal to win
HELLUVA SOIREE as found career best form winning three of her last four between 2000m and 2200m. Was a little unlucky when fourth at Canberra after being knocked down. KENMARE BAY resumed with a handy second behind Lugarno over 1350m at Wyong before returning 13 days later and stepping up to the mile when a closing long head second to Oakfield Prince. At his peak now and looks like he will relish the 2100m. FERNAO scored a handy win at Goulburn two starts back then was no match for Format when runner-up at Kembla. OUR UPTOWN GIRL has won two of her last three and won’t be far away again.
Bet: Helluva Soiree each-way
A HUGE performance! 🔥

SHE CONQUERS ran well on debut when third to Island Dec at Kembla before failing on the heavy track behind Extremely Hardys at Canterbury last July. Returned with a handy win from Roman Script on a dry track at Hawkesbury on Dec 15. Chance again first-up. SNEAKY SOFIA led all-the-way in a Class 1 at Port Macquarie before jumping sharply in grade when seventh to Polyglot at Rosehill. Back to her right grade. OAKFIELD BADGER was just pipped by First Person when resuming. The locally-trained Gogmagog is racing in terrific form with back-to-back wins at Wyong followed by a length third to First Person on a heavy track last start.
Bet: She Conquers to win
BELLE DETELLE, the three-quarter sister to Verry Elleegant, was good in placings at her first three starts before breaking through with a handy win over Global Eclipse at Sandown-Hillside on Feb 26. Given a very easy trial at Rosehill last week. ALCABEEL settled midfield and just had to wait for a run in the straight before closing well for a nose second to Casanova when resuming at Hawkesbury on Mar 8. STAR LEGACY is racing consistently in a long campaign. Placed her last three starts including a half-length third to City Limits at Canterbury on Feb 21. Is a winner over this track and distance.
Bet: Belle Detelle to win
