Basketballs aren’t the only thing Stephen Curry can shoot from distance.

Turns out, he hits a golf ball pretty well, too, as The New York Post reports.

Curry aced the par-3 seventh hole at the American Century Championship at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course on Saturday, holing out from 153 yards (140 metres).

The Warriors superstar reacted with jubilance, dropping his club and running up the fairway like he had just swished a game-winner.

“154 yards is a little longer than 94 feet on a basketball court,” Curry told NBC after the hole-in-one.

“I am going to be out of breath for the rest of the day, but for good reason.”

Curry is currently topping the leaderboard for the celebrity tournament after two (of three) rounds, which gives players points depending on their score.

The hole-in-one gave Curry eight points and he currently leads former tennis star Mardy Fish by three points with a round to go.

The tournament features a deep roster of current and former athletes along with celebrities.

Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, former Yankees pitchers CC Sabathia and Roger Clemens and former Nets star Vince Carter are some of the notable New York athletes in attendance.

Patrick Mahomes, John Smoltz, John Elway, Jerry Rice and former vice president Dan Quayle are playing in the tournament as well.

Tony Romo is also back to defend his title, which he won for the third time in 2022.

Curry is known to be an avid golfer, and has competed in the Ellie Mae Classic — a Korn Ferry Tour event — in the past.

Now he has a chance to add a golf trophy to his cabinet.
