Win more than $10,000 in Search for the Super Coach competition

The search for Australia’s Super Coach is on – and there are big prizes up for grabs to celebrate the first season of SuperCoach NBL. Here’s how to win.

A nationwide search to discover Australia’s best grassroots basketball coach has been launched with more than $10,000 up for grabs.

The Search for the Super Coach national competition will find and hero Australia’s best coach, with help from SEN’s The Run Home with Andy & Gazey’ across Victoria and Northern Territory; ‘The Run Home with Joel & Fletch’ across New South Wales and Queensland; ‘The Run Home with Hayes & Marto’ across Western Australia; ‘The Run Home with Kymbo & The Rooch’ in South Australia and ‘SEN Tassie Breakfast with Tim Paine & Brent Costelloe’ in Tasmania..

One lucky Australian basketball club or association will have the chance to win a $5000 prepaid VISA card for their club by nominating their coach; with the winning coach to receive a $2500 prepaid VISA card for themselves.

If the nominator of the winning coach is registered to play SuperCoach NBL for the 2023-2024 season, they will receive a $2500 prepaid VISA gift card for themselves.

The nominator of the winning coach also will win one corporate box for up to eight people to a NBL game during the 2023-2024 season plus a signed NBL 2023-2024 regular season home team jersey of their choice, plus a signed official NBL Spalding basketball.

Coaches will be judged for being an inspiration to the basketball community, for raising the awareness of basketball and for going above and beyond to promote the enjoyment of basketball.

The Search for the Super Coach competition follows the announcement the NBL will join NRL, AFL and BBL in the SuperCoach stable, which has been thrilling sports fans for almost 20 years with more than 500,000 players annually.
