LeBron James is arguably the greatest basketballer to ever play the sport so it is no surprise that when the Laker does anything, good or bad, the camera is always on him.
And while that has many times led to insane highlight reel clips, unfortunately for the NBA icon, on Wednesday (AEDT) James was caught doing something pretty cheeky toward the end of his team’s 94–85 playoff win against the Minnesota Timberwolves that went viral for a totally different reason.

In the fourth quarter of Game 2 of a seven game playoff series against Minnesota, James was given the tricky job of defending powerful Wolves forward Julius Randle at the rim.
And after Randle jumped and sank a floater over James, the forward swung his arm around and hit James in the face.
The 40-year-old immediately collapsed to the ground in a heap, with the umpire waving off the bucket and calling an offensive foul on Randle.
You can watch the funny LeBron James moment in the player above.
But the basketball star’s ‘dive’ was awkwardly caught by the camera, as James, still lying in apparent pain with his face in his hands, lifted his hand to sneak a quick peak to make sure the foul was called.
NBA fans immediately called him out for flopping but he won’t mind as he finished with 21 points in the Lakers’ win to help tie the series, 1–1.
Game 3 will take place on Saturday morning (AEDT)
