Ex NFL player and accused wife killer O.J. Simpson has shocked the world after sharing a chilling new update.

Ex-NFL player, actor and accused wife killer O.J. Simpson has reportedly been diagnosed with cancer.

The 74-year-old took to X, formerly Twitter, earlier today to deny claims he was in hospice care, but did not address the rumours about a diagnosis directly.

Simpson was reportedly diagnosed with prostate cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments in Las Vegas, according to Local10.

“Hey X world. Hospice? You’re talking about hospice? No, I’m not in any hospice,” he said on the clip posted to social media.

“I don’t know who put that out there. But whoever put that out there, I guess it’s like the Donald (Trump) say … can’t trust the media.

“In any event, I’m hosting a ton of friends for the Super Bowl here in Las Vegas, and all is well.

“So hey guys, take care, and have a good Super Bowl weekend.”

Simpson was tried in 1995 in the ‘Trial of the Century’ over the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.

The pair were found brutally murdered outside Nicole’s home in Los Angeles in June 1994.

His eventual acquittal of the crime came nine months after the highly publicised trial got underway in 1995 and 16 months after Simpson and Goldman were found.

Despite walking away as a free man, he was later forced to pay out $33.5 million in damages to the Brown and Goldman families after being found responsible for their deaths in civil court.

The former Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers running back found himself in more legal strife when he was sentenced to nine to 33 years behind bars for armed robbery in Nevada back in 2008.

He was paroled in 2017 after serving nine of those years.

Earlier this year, he was photographed on a couple of occasions looking frail as he made his way around Las Vegas, where he now lives, with a cane in hand.

Simpson also made headlines recently after making a shocking joke about “refusing to confess” in a recent podcast appearance, while discussing if men should open up to women.

He was a guest on the ‘It Is What It Is Talk’ podcast, hosted by American rappers Cam’ron and Mase, where he responded to a quote by basketball player Shaquille O’Neal saying men should not open up to women, because it might be used against them later.

After being asked about his views

“When you say ‘open up to women’, I don’t know what he’s talking about,” Simpson said.

“Is he talking about confession?

“No man, don’t confess. I think he’s right. Don’t say nothing – leave me out of the confession. Y’all gotta leave me out of this one.”
