KFC SuperCoach 2023: Three tools to help you pick, maintain your team

Short on time to select and run a KFC SuperCoach team? Use these three easy tools to let our smart technology do the work for you.

The AI revolution is here, and KFC SuperCoach is no exception.

But don’t worry. These easy tools use smart technology to help you pick and maintain a winning team in Australia’s favourite fantasy game.

Use these three tools to get in the game in minutes and keep you ahead of the game – and your mates.

1. AUTOFILL

Not sure who to pick in your team? Let your smart technology do the player research for you.

Hit the autofill button above the player field and a module opens allowing you to nominate your favourite AFL team and the names of your favourite players. Then hit ‘fill my team’ and we’ll complete a squad using a database of every other team entered in the competition to find the most popular picks in each position that don’t bust the $10 million salary cap.

You can now make as many changes to your squad as you like before round 1 – remember to hit ‘save my team’ to lock in your changes.

Use it as often as you like in the pre-season – the closer to the start of the season, the better it gets!

2. TEAM OPTIMISER

Selecting the best starting 22 each round from your squad of 30 players can cause even experienced SuperCoaches headaches.

We’re here to help. Hit the “OPTIMISE” button and KFC SuperCoach will automatically adjust your starting line-up to place your highest projected-scoring players who have been selected to play (when available) on the field.

It will even pick your four best emergencies on your bench, plus your Captain and Vice Captain!

You can then choose to play that team, or continue to tweak with a solid base and starting point for the round.

3. TRADE ASSIST

Making trades is one of the most fun elements of playing KFC SuperCoach, but the choices can be overwhelming.

Hit the Trade Assist button every week and our smart technology will nominate the best trade – or trades – for your team that week.

Whether it’s a fallen premium, or a rookie on the cusp of greatness (or a big cash haul), you can be assured of receiving the best recommendations. (Expert tip: It gets better when used closer to the start of each round!)

And in a new upgrade for 2023 so you can now nominate a player you want to trade out, or trade in, and Trade Assist will find the best trade match for that player.

Trade Assist is also available to SuperCoach Plus subscribers.
