A new wave of Jeffrey Epstein files – including Bill Clinton’s alleged entry in his birthday book – have been released hot on the heels of the missive purported to be from Donald Trump.

The US Congress House Oversight Committee has released a surprise second wave of Jeffrey Epstein documents – including Bill Clinton’s alleged entry in his infamous birthday book.

Executors for the estate of dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein handed over critical documents – including a book comprised of letters to the disgraced financier for his 50th birthday – to a congressional committee.

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee received the files – which also include a non-prosecution agreement reached with the feds in 2007 and the deceased sex trafficker’s last will and testament – following a subpoena issued last month, according to an aide.

The letter purported to be from former US President Bill Clinton is written in hard-to-read cursive but appears to mention Epstein’s “childlike curiosity, the drive to make a difference, and the (illegible) of friends.”

Mr Clinton’s office has not commented on the alleged letter and neither he nor Mr Trump are accused of any wrongdoing.

Mr Trump, 79, was asked about the letter on NBC News Tuesday local time (Wednesday AEST).

“I don’t comment on something that’s a dead issue … I gave all comments to the staff. It’s a dead issue,” Mr Trump said.

The House Oversight Committee also released a hand-drawn cartoon from the birthday book.

The cartoon depicts Epstein handing a bunch of balloons to a group of little girls in the year 1983.

The second part to the cartoon shows a naked Epstein reclining on the beach as he is massaged by a group of women in 2003 accompanied by the caption “What a great country.”

The birthday book also included a letter from Epstein’s mother, Pauline Stolofsky Epstein, filled with fond childhood recollections.

“(I have been) very busy reminiscing since Ghislaine asked me to write about you,” Ms Stolofsky Epstein wrote.

“Jeff you have been a good son since day one and we have been proud of you ever since.”

The convicted pedophile’s mother also shared an anecdote about his early years.

“I recall you refused to sleep unless I read a story from Grandma’s Golden Book that she bought for 25c,” she wrote.

“At PTA meetings I begged your teachers to improve your handwriting.

“At age 21 Cosmopolitan magazine featured you as ‘Bachelor of the Month,” she added. “Today you still hold that title.”

Ms Stolofsky Epstein also spoke of her husband in the missive.

“Jeff, I’m so sorry that Dad can’t share the nachus (the Yiddish word for “joy) we have regarding your achievements.

“He would have been overjoyed reading the article about you in the New York Magazine.”

The book also included a photo of Epstein holding up a large, fake check for $22,500, with what purports to be Mr Trump’s signature.

“Jeffrey showing early talents with money + women! Sells ‘fully dedicated’ (redacted) to Donald Trump for $22,500. Showed early ‘people skills’ too. Even though I handled the deal I didn’t get any of the money or the girl!” the text beneath the image appears to read.

Another of the birthday letters came from Donald Trump years before he first ran for political office, The Wall Street Journal previously reported.

Mr Trump has denied sending the letter, calling it a fake.

The Democrat members of the Oversight Committee shared a photo of the letter allegedly signed by Mr Trump on X.

“Happy Birthday – and may every day be another wonderful secret,” the letter encased in the shape of a naked woman reads complete with the signature which is located as if to mimic pubic hair.

“President Trump called the Epstein investigation a hoax and claimed that his birthday note didn’t exist. Now we know that Donald Trump was lying and is doing everything he can to cover up the truth,” said the committee’s Democratic ranking member Robert Garcia.

“Enough of the games and lies, release the full files now.”

“Entries from Epstein’s address/contact books from January 1, 1990 through August 10, 2019” were also part of the trove handed over to the Oversight panel, per the committee aide.

Other details about Epstein’s bank accounts were also obtained after Oversight Chairman and Kentucky Representative James Comer questioned the Treasury Department about any related Suspicious Activity Reports.

The professionally bound birthday book was purportedly given to Epstein three years before he was first arrested in 2006.

It contains letters from dozens of people including former US President Bill Clinton according to the Wall Street Journal who reported both the presidents were listed under the “friends” section in the table of contents.
