Lip reader reveals what Queen, Prince Louis said during Trooping The Colour

A lip reading expert has revealed the cute conversation Prince Louis had with the Queen.

Queen's Platinum Jubilee: Trooping the Colour parade highlights

Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Louis shared a cute conversation on the balcony of Buckingham Palace during yesterday’s Trooping The Colour.

The event kicked off four days of celebrations to mark Her Majesty’s 70th year on the throne.

A lip reading expert, John Cassidy, has revealed some of what the Royal Family members talked about on the balcony, The Sun reports.

During the RAF flyover, where photographers captured Prince Louis covering his ears with his hands to block out the noise of the jets, the young royal said “woah, it‘s the Red Arrows”, according to Mr Cassidy.

The youngest son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge is understood to be a big fan of the jets.

The Queen, who looked up to take in the impressive sight of more than 70 aircraft including helicopters and planes flying over Buckingham Palace, responded to her great grandson, saying “That’s our air force … the Apaches”.

Her Majesty also commented on how “clever” the aircraft were. A special formation of 15 Typhoons flew over the crowds in the form of the number 70, in honour of the Monarch’s Platinum Jubilee.

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, kept her children’s eyes on the sky by pointing up and saying “see the smoke” as the Reds screamed past with trails of red, blue and white smoke.

Prince Louis experienced a suite of emotions as he took part in the Trooping the Colour parade.

The young royal went from a beaming, overly excited child during his first carriage procession to what appeared to be a deeply upset boy.

In a photograph taken of the four-year-old on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, Prince Louis does not seem impressed with the loud noise of jets during the special RAF fly-past.

Standing next to his great-grandmother the Queen and mother, Kate Middleton, Prince Louis appears to be wailing while he covers his ears with his hands.

Meanwhile, Her Majesty with pursed lips, appears to be ignoring the young royal as she takes in the proceedings to mark the start of her Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

It’s not the first time during the festivities that Prince Louis’ hands were the source of light entertainment.

Earlier in the parade, a giggling Princess Charlotte could be seen helping her younger brother Prince Louis to calm down his excitable waving during the siblings’ first carriage procession.

Kate Middleton and Prince William’s children Princes George and Louis, and Princess Charlotte, who were dressed in a light blue, navy and white colour scheme, smiled as they waved to the massive crowd that had gathered for the event.

But an excited Prince Louis, wearing a sailor-style top similar to an outfit his father wore at the same event in 1985, got a bit carried away.

His sister Princess Charlotte playfully came to his rescue, gently pushing his waving hand down, while appearing to laugh at his over excitement.

The young royals were seated opposite their mother Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, who looked gorgeous in a white Alexander McQueen number and matching hat by Philip Treacy.

The Duchess of Cornwall, who wore a Bruce Oldfield dress in various shades of blue, joined them in their horse-drawn carriage.

Camilla, 74, was also wearing a matching wide-brimmed blue hat and during the carriage procession had been seen with a tartan blanket draped over her knees.
