‘Snitch’ who claims to have told police in Bali about Bonnie Blue speaks out
Photos have emerged of Bonnie Blue in Bali as an expat told why they dobbed the sex worker in to police and new details emerged about the Australian comedian arrested in the raid.
New photos have emerged of Bonnie Blue in Bali as an individual who claimed to have reported the sex worker to authorities told how they tracked the sex worker down by following her “BangBus”.
Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was pictured looking downcast outside Badung Police station in Bali.
An expat who said they informed police about Blue’s antics said they had to initially explain the controversial star’s activities to confused Indonesian officials.
“But the cops, at first, they couldn’t even understand what [was happening],” the Bali-based expat told news.com.au.
“We had to explain it to them, that there are about 20 guys [and Blue]. They just couldn’t comprehend it.
“But once we explained to them that she’s driving around in the ‘gang bang bus’ and that she was bragging about sleeping with Schoolies, some of who were barely legal … and that the footage was going to go worldwide afterwards, they confirmed that the activity was illegal [and took action],” the individual said.
“Then they sent in undercover agents and booked them.”
The expat said although they were not a “prude”, adult content creator Blue’s activities were “too much”.
“Bali is not Thailand. Bali is not the Philippines,” they told news.com.au.
“The business community doesn’t want it, the expat community doesn’t want it, and the local community can’t even comprehend it.”
Blue was banned from Australia last year after her “barely legal” stunt during which she called for “Schoolies” to be involved in her X-rated content.
Indonesian police raided a villa last Thursday where it is alleged pornography was being filmed, seizing cameras and other items including contraceptives, Viagra pills, a small ute with “Bonnie Blue’s BangBus” livery.
Among those arrested were 14 Australian men aged between 19 and 40.
Indonesian authorities have confiscated Blue and her team’s passports following the raid.
A crude Aussie jokester is being grilled by Indonesian police as one of four main targets in the probe into Blue’s ill-fated “Bali BangBus” tour.
Comedian Julian Woods, who describes himself as “Australia’s number one biological male”, was arrested alongside Blue at a Bali studio last week.
Woods is the only Australian among four foreigners facing potential charges over flouting Indonesia’s strict “morality” laws.
Blue, Woods and British men Liam Andrew Jackson and Lennon Isaasc Nabiel remain under investigation.
Badung Police chief Arif Batubara said it was not yet clear if anyone would be charged.
“The investigation is still underway,” Mr Arif told News Corp.
Indonesian police say the investigation is probing alleged criminal activity related to pornography, including distributing, transmitting and/ or producing electronic information or documents containing links violating morality.
It is possible Blue could face a charge under Indonesia’s electronic technology information law that carries a maximum of six years in prison and / or a fine of IDR 1 billion.
The law prohibits people from “deliberately and without authorisation” broadcasting content that violates decency which is accessible by the public.
Blue has also been calling out for Schoolies to make contact while she is in Bali.
“Hey boys, those who are going to Schoolies, and those that are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you,” she posted last week.
“I’m in Bali so you know exactly what that means.”
Immigration official Raja Ulul Azmy said Blue could be deported after the police investigation was completed.
Blue gained notoriety for a documentary she made having sex with 1057 men in 12 hours.
The Bali investigation into Blue began after a complaint was filed.
Indonesian authorities are planning to hold a press conference on Thursday.
Immigration official Raja Ulul Azmy said today that police are still investigating the case of Bonnie.
“Immigration still waiting for the police investigation result,” Raja said.
