Grim discovery in search for missing woman around Perth’s Swan River

Police have made a grim discovery during a land and water search for a woman missing since Saturday.

Police have made a grim discovery in the search for a woman who had been missing since the early hours of Saturday morning.

Adut Atem Kirr, 26, was last seen walking through a carpark at The Point in East Perth, just outside of the CBD, about 2am.

Divers and drones were used to search land and waterways in the area.

Police found Ms Kirr’s body on Wednesday evening.

The West Australian reported police had found her mobile phone and jacket in the carpark where she was last seen.
