“(Visitors) can expect a bit of a Mexican fiesta every day. It’s really fun. I love everyone who works here,” Ms Keane said.

Ms Keane said on Tuesday they were looking forward to celebrating the Mexican holiday Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead – a traditional event where relatives demonstrate love and respect for deceased family members.
