A stolen Toyota Prado was used to raid four business across Townsville early Monday morning.
Four local businesses have been smashed up after a stolen vehicle was used to ram raid them early this morning, with offenders making off with cash, cigarettes and a knife.

Police investigations are under way after a stolen car was used to ram raid multiple business across the region early Monday morning.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said a stolen Toyota Prado smashed through the glass doors of a business on Ross River Road in Aitkenvale at 3.30am.
Cash, cigarettes, a knife and groceries were stolen from the home brew and tobacconist, it is unknown how many people were involved.
The vehicle was allegedly stolen from The Strand.
A store spokeswoman said this was the third time the shop had been targeted in the last two years.
She said if the damage was too significant, there’s a chance the front door will need to be locked until repairs are complete.
“If they need to fully block it off, we’re screwed,” she said.
“That’s our only point of entry apart from the back door. When we moved entry to the back of the store during previous renovations, we lost trade because people thought we closed down.”
A short time later, the same vehicle was used to raid a Garbutt service station.
Food, drinks and cash were stolen from the premises, the offenders unsuccessfully attempted to access the safe and cigarette cabinet.
The external gates of a tobacco store on Abbott Street Oonoonba was rammed with the Prado at 4.45am, however the group did not enter the building.
Witness reports also suggest a convenience store on Palmer St, South Townsville was also impacted.
The front door was smashed in and three vehicles were seen leaving the scene.
It is unclear whether anything was stolen.
All impacted businesses have remained open despite the damage.
It comes less than two months after four locations were raided during a crime spree on November 26.
A stolen Toyota Prado, the same car model used in Monday’s attack, rammed a parked car at Parkside Plaza, a Wulguru petrol station, Cre8tive Sk8, and Friendly Grocer store on Abbott Street.
Cre8tive Sk8 was hit by a second ram raid less than a week later on December 2.
The Mayfairs Home Brew and Tobacconist spokeswoman was concerned about the frequency of raids across the city.
“If it comes to the point where I lose my job, then I don’t know what will happen then,” she said.
