TERRITORY Response Group members rushed to a residence in Palmerston after reports were made of a person armed with a gun on Thursday at about 10.45pm.
Senior Sergeant Kaye Pemberton said no firearms were found or involved but bats and poles appeared to be carried by persons disputing at the Gray residence.
“One person was arrested on outstanding warrants but there are no charges from the incident at the moment, it is still under investigation,” Sgt Pemberton said.
“No one was hurt that police are aware of at this stage.
“The main thing is there were no firearms located and everyone was safe.”
