The Golden Chef are looking for NT entrants. Former national winner Billy Fox believes it gave his career a massive boost.

“It’s all about challenging yourself, taking it to the next level to see what you can do,” he said.

“This comp is a great way to meet other chefs and see what’s going on in the industry. I’d recommend anyone to do it.”

Budding chefs have the chance to showcase their culinary talent and win globally recognised medals across entree, main and dessert course categories.

If successful in the regional heat, each chef will get to cook-off against the country’s best chef talent in the National Final at Fine Food Australia in Sydney this September.

The winning team will be crowned the 2019 National Winners and awarded a culinary trip of a lifetime to North America, worth $15,000. To enter you must find a cooking partner and complete a registration form together.
