A 44-year-old man allegedly threatened staff members at a Sunshine Coast shopping precinct before his arrest.

A 44-year-old man has been charged with stealing, going armed in public and drug offences following an alleged incident at a Buddina shopping centre on Saturday morning.
Police were called to The Point shopping precinct shortly before 9am after reports that the man had allegedly stolen items and threatened staff members.
The shopping precinct features a variety of stores, including Hungry Jack’s, IGA, Burrito Bar, and Anytime Fitness and is located across from Kawana Shoppingworld.
The man was later arrested and charged before being released on police bail with conditions.
He is scheduled to appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on March 7.
No injuries were reported, and police are continuing their investigations.
Woman in 60s critical, four others including children hurt after Mons crash
A woman was left in a critical condition after a crash which also left four others injured, including two children on the Sunshine Coast.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 6.29pm on Mons School Road on Friday, with six paramedic units attending.
A woman in her 60s sustained life-threatening head injuries and was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
A woman in her 20s, who suffered arm and abdominal injuries, was taken to the same hospital in a stable condition.
A man with minor injuries was also transported in stable condition along with two primary school-aged children, a boy and a girl who suffered neck and abdominal injuries.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman confirmed the forensic crash unit attended the scene and is investigating.
