Fire crews are investigating after a bus caught fire threatening a nearby home and causing damage to several other vehicles.
Emergency crews rushed to battle the blaze about 2pm December 2 on Orania Cr, just down from the Livistonia St intersection, in Andergrove.
A bus was on fire and it was positioned right next to a house, which was under threat.
Multiple fire crews responded to the job and the fire was extinguished about 2.18pm.
All residents were out of the home.
Paramedics and police are also on scene.
Sergeant Tanya Cashin said a fire had started in a recreational bus parked by the side of the house.
“It’s caused some significant damage to some cars parked on a neighbouring property as well,” Sergeant Cashin said.
“It’s non suspicious at this stage but the cause of it is undetermined until the (fire crews) finish their report.”
No one was injured as a result of the fire.
