Emergency services called to truck crash on Gore Highway at Millmerran

A woman was lucky to escape with only minor injuries after her vehicle was rear-ended by a grain truck.

A woman was lucky to escape with only minor injuries after their vehicle was rear-ended by a grain truck on the Gore Highway.

Emergency services were called to the crash near the intersection with Pfeffer Road at Millmerran about 8.40am on Monday.

Firefighters located the encapsulated woman and helped her out of her vehicle before making the scene safe.

Paramedics are assessing the woman as a precaution.
