A Toowoomba couple have been ripped into by a neighbour after parking their car in front of other people’s homes, despite also living on the street themselves.

In a handwritten note posted to Reddit, a resident said the couple were “annoying everyone” for parking on the street.

“Stop parking your car in front of other peoples homes,” the letter read.

“You’re annoying everyone in the street, who actually own their homes.”

“It is rude to park in front of others homes when there is space in front of your own house on the other side of the street AND in your driveway!”

“Stop being rude!”

The user who posted the note said they are renting and one of the neighbours left the note on his wife’s car.

Commenters were quick to call out the author of the letter, with some labelling them a “Karen”.

“I mean without context of knowing the location it’s hard to tell what exactly is going on, but making it out like you’re some sort of second class citizen because you rent is a good sign that she’s an a**hole,” one person said.

“I’m happy to park a boat there if that’s of use,” another commented.

“Berating renters for not owning their own home is such a low low way to insult people. What an entitled pig.”
