PREGNANT teen Tiffany Taylor told her family she was going to leave her older boyfriend in the weeks before she went missing and was allegedly killed by another man after a sexual liaison, a court has heard.

The other man, Rodney Wayne Williams, 65, is on trial in the Brisbane Supreme Court over the murder of the 16-year-old girl at Waterford West on July 12, 2015.

He pleaded not guilty to Ms Taylor’s murder on Monday.

The court heard the teen was 15 weeks pregnant when she was allegedly killed.

Crown Prosecutor Phil McCarthy QC has told the jury Ms Taylor’s body has never been found, her bank accounts have not been touched and she has not made any Medicare claims since before July 2015.

The court heard Ms Taylor met Williams for sex the day she went missing, according to chat logs from online forum.

Williams was later seen on traffic cameras with a woman in his car as he merged onto the Logan Motorway, the crown has alleged.

Chat logs between the pair show Williams had agreed to pay the teen $500 for sex in a car during a chat which began around 11am in the morning of the day she went missing.

Nathan Stocks, the partner of Ms Taylor’s sister Chloe Taylor, said the 16-year-old told the couple in the weeks before the alleged liaison with Williams: “I’m going to leave him, I’m going to leave him”.

He said she was talking about her boyfriend Gregory Hill, who was three times her age.

The court has previously heard Ms Taylor was just 12 years old when she began living with the 38-year-old man.

Ms Stocks said Ms Taylor was always talking about leaving the man and her family did not approve of the relationship.

“We all used to say: ‘Come on Tiff that’s a bit much’, he said, claiming the teen would reply: “If you want to see me you’ll have to see Mr Hill in my life”.

He said Ms Taylor always had bruises on her body, but claimed her dog had given her the bruises.

Mr Hill’s father Roger Lewis earlier told the court Ms Taylor allegedly told him his son warned the girl if she left him he would “break both her legs”.

The man said he told the teen in the weeks before she went missing: “You need to listen, if you’re going to get rid of him out of you life you need to not answer the phone”.

“A few times she hinted at listening to us. There were no actions, she didn’t leave him, like, in the night or anything,” Mr Stock said.

“She always came back to the thought that she loved him.”

The court on Wednesday heard evidence from Mr Hill’s mother Patricia Lewis who claimed the man told her the girl was aged 16 when he first started dating her but had a medical condition that “stunted her growth”.

The court heard Ms Taylor began chroming at the age of 12, was using cannabis as she got older asked Mr Stocks to source her ice.

Ms Stocks also told the court he went to a drug house looking for Ms Taylor after she went missing but could not find her.

The trial continues.
