A 15-year-old girl hit by a car outside a Townsville pub is reportedly stable after being rushed to hospital with serious injuries Friday night.

A 15-year-old girl hit by a car outside a Townsville pub is reportedly stable after being rushed to hospital with serious injuries Friday night.
Queensland Ambulance Services were called at 9:51pm, July 25, after reports of a car hitting a teen girl outside of The Ross Island Hotel in Railway Estate.
She was transported to Townsville University Hospital in a serious condition.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said the Forensic Crash Unit had launched an investigation into the car v pedestrian incident.
It is understood she was struck by a green Ford Falcon.
The driver of the Ford, a 21-year-old Thuringowa man, was not physically injured and is assisting police.
Investigations are ongoing.
Townsville University Hospital confirmed on Sunday morning that the teen was in a stable condition.
