Not surprisingly the gas-rich Beetaloo Sub-Basin is on the list. Prime Minister Scott Morrison has made it the first of five strategic basin plans earmarked for delivery to spearhead a gas-fired recovery for Australia.

All four initiatives are aligned with the Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission recommendations around access to water, quality solar resources. proximity to South East Asia markets, world scale onshore gas resources, proven offshore gas, strong agriculture sector and world class mineral deposits.
